About the Oratory

The Oratory of the Immaculata was established in the summer of 2009 by His Excellency Bishop Thomas JF Sebastian of the Priestly Society of Christ the King to honor the Blessed and Immaculate Virgin Mary and to serve the spiritual needs those who may approach with a desire for Holy Mass and the Sacraments according to the traditional and immemorial Roman Rite and use of liturgical books published after the Sacred Council of Trent.

NOTE: The Oratory of the Immaculata is not affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth.
All the ceremonies, liturgy, rites, customs and practices at the Oratory, as well as doctrine, catechesis, preaching and instruction, conform to those inspired and preserved over centuries by the Holy Ghost and treasured by innumerable saints, unadulterated by any of the novelties fabricated, or past errors reintroduced, since the second half of the twentieth century.

We support and unite our prayers to those of all Christians, communities and other groups, who promote and cherish Tradition and who are faithful to Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and King,
to the successors of His Apostles and the Church He founded upon the rock of Saint Peter.
O God, our refuge and our strength, look down with mercy upon Thy people who cry unto Thee; and through the intercession of the glorious and immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of Saint Joseph her spouse, of Thy blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, and of all Thy saints, in Thy mercy and goodness hear the prayers that we pour forth for the conversion of sinners, and for the liberty and exaltation of our Holy Mother the Church. Through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.
